The wear to carry (WTC) in Maryland , commonly referred to as a concealed carry weapon (CCW) permit, is the official license that grants individuals the legal authority to carry a handgun in public spaces throughout the state.  ( You must already hold a valid pistol permit in the City/State you reside in to take this course. )
